With this design, we can seal a greater number of jars simultaneously compared to our standard model, and we can also seal larger jars by using different molds.

The autoSEAL JS230EXL is a fully automatic model in our product line designed to seal PET/PE jars and bottles with various mouth diameters. 

The autoSEAL JS230EXL series consists of production lines capable of meeting your needs for sealing the mouths of PET/PE jars of any size using a heat-sealing process with fully automatic systems. The production lines begin with the arrangement of empty jars on conveyors and can encompass all stages—including filling, weighing, sorting, heat sealing, capping, labeling, collection, and palletizing—though certain sections of the line (such as jar arrangement, product filling, and capping) can be operated manually.

Production lines set up with our autoSEAL JS230EXL  series machines are designed entirely according to the customer’s needs. We develop solutions tailored specifically to you, taking into account the layout and size of your production area as well as your other production machinery.
